    For custom-themed events, we recommend booking at least two months in advance to ensure we have enough time to source materials and design every detail to perfection. For our set themes and standard packages, one month notice is typically enough. If you’re working with a shorter timeline, feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate!

  • What’s required to secure my booking?

    To secure your booking, we require a deposit at the time of reservation. This allows us to lock in your date, begin planning, and start sourcing any special decor items needed for your event. The remaining balance will be due prior to your event date.

  • How do I get a quote for my event?

    You can easily get a quote by clicking the "Get a Quote" tab in our navigation menu or by filling out the quote form located at the bottom of each page on our website. Just provide a few details about your event, and we’ll get back to you with a customized quote!

  • Do you decorate outdoor setups as well?

    Yes, we do! We love creating beautiful outdoor setups for parties, showers, and celebrations. Whether it's a backyard, patio, or rooftop space, we’ll work with you to design a setup that fits the location perfectly.

  • Can I customize my party theme or decor?

    Yes, absolutely! You can email us or fill out our form to start curating a custom theme. We’ll work with you to bring your vision to life and create a one-of-a-kind setup tailored to your event.

  • Do you provide tear-down/clean-up services after the event?

    Yes, we do! Tear-down and clean-up are included in your final invoice, so you can relax and enjoy your event without worrying about the aftermath.

  • Do you provide table and chair rentals?

    We do not provide table and chair rentals; however, we highly recommend RSVP Party Rentals for all your table and chair needs. If you book one of our cart rentals or activity setups, tables for those specific services are included!

  • Are you event planners?

    We are not event planners — we strictly specialize in party decorating. Our focus is on making your event look magical with beautiful setups, curated decor, and thoughtful details, so you can enjoy a stunning celebration without the stress!

  • Can I rent decorations without booking the setup service?

    No, we do not offer decoration rentals without our setup service. We believe in delivering a fully polished and cohesive look, which is why our decor is only available as part of our complete decorating packages.

  • Are your services suitable for kids’ parties too?

    Yes! We love decorating for kids’ parties and can create fun, playful, and themed setups that are perfect for little ones and memorable for the whole family.

  • How long does setup usually take?

    Setup time depends on the service and event you book. For simple hotel or Airbnb decorating, setup usually takes 1–2 hours. For full party decor setups, it typically takes around 3–4 hours to bring everything together beautifully. We’ll give you a more specific time estimate when we finalize your booking!
